"No, I would rather not..." Lunetta was rather horrified. She wondered if any of them knew her. -That would be even worse. ((dude, I need to hurry up and bring in another character. I'm letting you do all the work here. XD I guess I'll be one of the other elves.))

She couldn't come up with an arguement, "I have never... met an elf before..." she stammered, touching her hair to make sure her ears were covered. ((I'm working on two characters right now. Lol, you were doing so well with the plot, that I just let you have it. XD So lazy...))

A huffing and puffing sound hovered over Lunetta's face as the drool of the dog slowly began to dry on her face. (xD) The sun shone through the long narrow windows and the fireplace emanated heat from the burnt coal and wood of the previous night. A bustling noise came from the common of the house. Smells and aromas wafted through the air and the anticipation of new horizons gave bursts of adrenaline to all the travelers. There was eggs, cheese, bread, and some foreign warm drink that was dark brown and rich with smell, on the floor by Lunetta's bedside.

((You really like picking on her, don't you? XD)) The first reaction to her surroundings was bewilderment. How had she not stirred? She had been trained to sleep lightly. Then again, she had stayed up quite light the night before, thinking, planning, and stressing (silently, of course, so as not to arouse suspicions). Taking the mug in her white hands, while brushing away the remains of Mona's kisses, Lunetta sniffed the drink. She dipped a tiny finger in the liquid and tasted it. It was very bitter, but it was not alcoholic as far as she could tell. One sip would do until she knew for sure. It would not be good to get herself intoxicated on the job. ((it's coffee, right? Lol, that would be funny if she got drunk sometime!)) --- Some miles north, there set an extravagant city in the wood, built strategically on the sides of slopes and sometimes held up by stilts. The precariously placed but beautiful city had been there for thousands of years, and maybe only held on through the elemental attacks with some enchantment from it's occupants. It was a beautiful city, and ornate and regal city, where some from a curious-looking and mystical race could be found. In the forest near a gate entrance into one of the estates, a couple were seen sneaking away. One was a young elvish woman, and the other, a human man. "My father would have us both beaten if he knew about our courtship," The woman smiled with a rebellious glint in her eye, "that makes me very happy," "I enjoy danger more than you could know," The human took her delicate hand in his gloved one and led her farther away from her home. "I never knew that a human could be so charming," The elf smiled affectionately. The man looked back at her, mirroring her affection. The girl had always been known as a rebel; she had seen him as her greatest spite against her family. She was very beautiful as the elves so often were, and especially fine-featured. It was a shame that she was also worth her head's weight in elvish silver. He put his strong arms around her, and leaned down to accept her kiss. Just as their lips met, the woman fell limp in his arms. He touched her neck, and was satisfied that there was no life in her. The murderer reached within his cloak and found a small scroll written in letters and words foreign to human language. -he himself had not written it. Finally, the man repositioned his victim's body, clenching her fingers around the small scroll, and he left with a shining trinket hanging from his coin purse. ((I hope you don't mind the vague discription of the city))

The door creeked as a child's head peeked through the door, then quickly left. Wryler had gathered many of the traders ready to embark on the journey to the Elven outposts to suggest their plans. ((Yea its coffee, and poor elf =p)

((Oh gosh, your block is contagious!)) Lunetta had seen the child from the corner of her eye. She hoped it wasn't the brat. Puting on a nice face, she went to the door and peered out. --- As the murderer exited the woods later that day, he saw smoke in the distance from the traveling traders. He wondered whether to meet them or not and decided just to hide out and see what they brought with them. He was always on the lookout for shiny things to pawn while on an assignment.

((The block has no mercy)) "We set out when?" One man inquired. "Shush Persie ((Puh-er-sie =p)) we leave when we leave" A plump woman shot a glance at him. "Thank you Ellsan. We are waiting for one of Wryler's guests." A large man with muscled arms and an olive skin said. Apparently Wryler was not there at the moment. "Hah!"Ellsan began "Wryler, I have no idea why he is in the union. Many people hate him and would pay many just to get him and his little tra-" "ELLSAN!"The large man bellowed as quietly as possible ((o.0)) "Do not degrade yourself with such words. Besides, Wryler has been a great contribution." "But WHY has he contributed?!"Ellsan began "Because of the money he gets!" Persie snorted. "We all know he has at least a vault full of elven artifacts." "That is just a rumor!"The large man retaliated. "Loosen up Mafier" Persie grinned as he sat himself on the worn table.

Lunetta ducked back inside. It seemed like Wryler was not very well liked among his friends. His end could be as easy as stirring up some uneasiness; it would not have to be by her hand either. When opportunity came, she would take it, as her partner was late. ((wanna make it a few hours later?))
The man hiding in the woods watched throughout the day as the camp came closer. When they were camped close enough, he would sneak his way inside.

"Were about halfway! Quit your whining Persie!" Wryler sneered. He was not in the best mood for one reason or another. He very much disliked Persie but was lucky to have Mafier around. "How goes the map?"Wryler asked Ellsan. "Oh we are about at a halfpoint."She said from a wagon that was pulled by the horse that Mafier mounted. That poor horse. (( for some reason the image of ahearn is in my head xD)) "How are you holding up in this heat Lunetta?"Wryler asked after an awkward silence between them. The desert stretched for many more miles.

((NEW PLOT TWIST! HAHA! Let's do it!)) Oh yes, poor beast. He was strong, yes, but his patience was wearing out along with his energy. He watched the people around him with almost human interest. He sensed something strange about the woman, and she, in turn, sensed something strange about him, but she waved it off at the moment, for the heat was making her light-headed. -She could have been having delusions for all she knew. The woman removed her cloak. Underneath it, she was tightly corsetted, and that too, was making her uncomfortable. She knew not whether her long sleeves were a blessing or a curse, but she was thankful her clothing was made from light material. "Oh, might we walk in the shade of the wagon?" She asked Wryler eagerly. She moved closer to the cart's shadow without waiting for an answer, holding her cloak draped over one arm.

((xD YAY PLOT TWIST!)) "I take that you dislike heat then,"He smiled "it makes sense. Your skin is fair. May I ask, where is your town of origin?"

((Yeah, good idea, Turkey! XD You might have saved us both from writer's block unintentionally!)) Still rather light-headed, the girl answered, "I did not grow up in a town. I lived with my parents and two servants across a bay. The place I lived was called the "Pale Shore" because of the white sand and clear water. My father was a fisherman and he visited the town after a good catch. I cannot think of the town's name at the moment..." The horse pulling the cart was also very "fair". He was a ghost-white, and the sun was not kind to him. Foam from his sweat drained off his flanks and his long forelock bothered his eyes. Lunetta squinted, "Wherever did you get that unicorn?" She asked, just noticing for the first time. ((I have two pale people with black hair. What is wrong with me? O.O You can make up how you got the "unicorn". *grin* Sounds like you'd have fun with that part.))
