Iolana decided to leave the poor creature be... after all, she would only have to deal with it for the night. She was leaving the next morning. And hopefully without the young dragon. ((Next morning?))

((I'm getting tired of calling him "the young dragon"! I need a name!)) Iridecent eyes looked about the cave. The rising sun had already lit the interior and he could see the purple dragoness. He was hungry. Stretching, the dragon stood and walked to the cave entrence.

Iolana was slowly waking back up. She hadn't gotten much sleep, but she would have to deal with that. She noticed that the dragon was gone. 'All the better,' she thought. 'Now I can leave in peace.' She crept out of the cave and looked around before shooting skyward. She wondered where to... but decided to go north. She had heard there was plenty of big game up there.

((I think I'll use an older version Fafnir =P haah, I dont need more charactersd =P))
The countryside sped past below, as the large dragon flew. He hadn't seen any dragons for along while, and didnt really care for finding any anyway. Afterall, it wasn't mating season yet. No, today he was out merely to hunt and have some fun. Maybe chalange some feudal lord or something. He wasn't sure. His blue-green scales glistened in the sunlight, it was a very nice sunny day.

((O.O RUN IOLANA! XD Wait, nevermind. It's not mating season.)) The dragon jumped out the entrance and flew, looking for prey below. He hadn't eaten since the other day. Unaware of the older male somewhere above him, the dragon contently hovered.

Fafnir flew still, seeing suddenly a couple of specks flying out of a cave. "Could they be dragons?", he asked himself, "and if so, are they competition?". He decided to fly lower for a closer look.

Iolana thought she saw something in the distance. It was in the sky... so it could either be something dangerous, or a very pretty bird... she was betting on the first of the two. She turned to the dragonling and called out, "You might want to hide! Something is coming this way!" She let the urgency of hiding creep into her voice. She would fight if need be, but the he was too young to fight an adult dragon.

Startled by that, the white creature darted into a tree, hiding under the branches.

This wasnt his territory, and so Fafnir wasnt trying to defend himself, but possibly the others where. He didn't really want to get into a fight today, but he wansn't afraid of one, after all, he was a dragon! Either way, he continued to lower himself to where he could see one large dragon, and a small creature. He saw as the little white one flew into a tree.

Iolana saw the form take shape as a dragon... from the looks of it, it wasn't one of her enemies. But she could never be certain. She hovered in the air, getting ready for a fight if one should arise. She wasn't afraid of dragons of any sort. No siree, she just didn't like fighting.

Fafnir flew even lower. He was now flying near Iolana, circling her. It was now obvious to him that the other dragon was indeed female, as he flew around. "Friend or foe?" he asked simply.

The small dragon watched as the older male came closer. He wondered what would happen to Iolana should a fight errupt. He felt helpless. He was too small.

Iolana smirked baring her sharp teeth. "I cannot answer that question without knowing about your status." She wasn't about to be frightened by him, even if he was bigger. She was prepared to fight for her life if need be.

Fafnir grinned. "Ok, we could be doing this all day. I asked you first girl." He said playfully.

((lol Kendi!)) Iolana glared at Fafnir, "I told you my answer. I don't know, for I don't know your standing. Therefore neither knows whether each other are friend or foe. Making your question stupid and pointless." ((oooo... twist... turns out Iolana knew Fafnir in the past, but forgot all about it!))

((good Idea)) "Well, then it seems we are at an impass. I dont know your stance, and you dont know mine.", the dragon giggled at how much more pointless his last remark was, as they circled each other. "What about the little one? Over in the tree. Where does it stand?", he said smiling and thinking how silly it would be to be beaten by a dragling...
